The cancellation policy for a rental property reservation is managed by the Partner Site on which the order is placed. Tenants are therefore subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Partner Site used.
It appears that the cancellation policy for a rental booking depends on the partner site used. However, if the tenant makes a reservation directly on the Sunset Riviera Holidays website, the cancellation conditions are as follows:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, (and up to the hour indicated in the confirmation email).
- If the tenant cancels less than 14 days before arrival, they will owe 100% of the reservation amount.
- If the tenant cancels between 14 and 30 days before arrival, they will owe 50% of the reservation amount.
- If the tenant arrives and decides to leave before the scheduled departure date, the unused nights will not be refunded.
Furthermore, the company reserves the right to cancel any rental reservation if it does not receive all the necessary elements before the day of entry into the premises. The company may also cancel a rental reservation in case of a previous dispute with the tenant. In such a case, the company reserves the right to immediately dispose of the accommodation and offer it for rent again.
