Charming studio of 33m² recently renovated, on the 1st floor with unobstructed views, large covered terrace of 12m² with no overlooking. The apartment is very well located in a magnificent tree-lined park, in a secure and quiet residence. You will enjoy the swimming pool with parasols and sun loungers, tennis court, shaded petanque court. Possibility to rent at the same time the adjoining two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate 4 people – do not hesitate to contact us for this.
The studio comprises:
An entrance,
A living room with cupboards, convertible sofa (160 cm, 22 cm mattress) and dining table, with access to the terrace,
A fully equipped open kitchen with 2-ring hob, combi oven microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, and all necessary crockery,
A terrace with a table for 4 people and a seating area for 2,

For remote working you have different work spaces in the studio: the dining table or the balcony which can allow you to change scenery and work together at the same time.
To make your stay pleasant, we provide hotel-quality linens which include bed linen, bath towels with 2 per person, tea towels, bath mats.
For any stay of 7 nights or more, pool towels will be provided during the summer season (May-September).
Rackets, tennis balls and petanque bowls will be made available to you during your stay.

The studio is very well located, above the town centre of Antibes and Juan les Pins, in a magnificent tree-lined park, in a peaceful setting. It allows you to reach the town centre and activities on foot, whilst being easily accessible by car. Perfect for recharging between outings, or simply relaxing on holiday.
Shops at 350m (supermarket open 7/7 6-24h, restaurants at 700m) Beach 15 mins on foot, town centre 10 mins on foot.
Antibes train station: 6 mins by car, 18 mins on foot
Nice airport: 20 mins by car
Cannes: 20 mins by car
The studio is 1.1 kilometres (15 minutes on foot) from the International Centre of Antibes (language school).
Public transport: "Roses" bus stop, lines 30-31, at 300 metres. This line serves in particular Juan les Pins beach, Ponteil beach in Antibes, and Antibes train station.
The residence swimming pool is open from May to September each year. The opening dates in May and closing dates in September are subject to variation, depending on conditions (weather, ...) and decisions of the residence and may thus change each year. It is essential that you contact us on this matter, as the company cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of the swimming pool for stays in May and September.
Free parking on the street, or free parking at the Intermarché supermarket car park (at 350 metres).
Please note the presence of a 30 cm step between the studio and the terrace.
IMPORTANT For stays of more than 30 days, linen is not provided. Linen fees help us cover the mid-term exit cleaning. You have the option to rent linen. Please do not hesitate to contact us for this.
