The apartment comprises:
An entrance with storage space,
A living room with convertible sofa (160 cm, 16 cm mattress) and dining table, with access to the terrace,
A fully equipped kitchen with 4-ring hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, and all necessary crockery,
A terrace with a table for 4 people and a lounge area for 4,
A bedroom with wardrobes and 160 cm bed,
A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
A separate WC with hand basin.
Please note the presence of a 30 cm threshold between the apartment and the terrace.
For remote working you have various work spaces in the apartment: the living room (dining table and desk) or the balcony which can allow you to change scenery and work with several people at the same time.
To make your stay pleasant, we provide hotel-quality linen which includes bed linen, bath towels with 2 per person, tea towels, bath mats.
For any stay of 7 nights or more, pool towels will be provided during the summer season (May-September).
Tennis rackets, tennis balls and boules will be made available to you during your stay.
The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people plus 1 baby or child under 3 years old.

The residence swimming pool is open from May to September each year. The opening dates in May and closing dates in September are subject to variation, depending on conditions (weather, ...) and decisions of the residence and may thus change each year. It is essential that you contact us on this matter, the company cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of the swimming pool for stays in May and September.
Free parking on the street, or free parking at the Intermarché supermarket car park (at 350 metres).
